I’ve been working at startups for 14 years, never had an issue with burnout. Even better now that i can work on what i want to work on. Only time i ever felt demotivated is when i was working on something i wasn’t passionate about

Only thing I’m a bit concerned about is my health. I tend to not workout when I’m grinding away. Need to find time for that.

Eat right and the working out is less important

Staying fit, working out, or having some form of fitness routine is super beneficial for the mind, body and soul. Even if it’s just going for a walk every day! You can find time, scheduling it in your calendar / time blocks helps one stay accountable . 💫I’m on my way right meow to my boot camp class. 💪
