It's a couple of years I am reading and studying about different shoes type and foot problems related to the "classic" style. I suffered from flat feet and consecutivly ACL demages with sports. After that understood manybof my problems were starting from there.. walking bare feet and foot excercise already changed the shaled of it and after 2 years of work I can see an the arch of my feet 😁👣

In my work shoes I use these insoles, they mold to you feet via the oven

I built my own staff to walk on don't have a pic now to show, but it's very easy thing to do. Main excercise is just walking bare feet on it a trieng as many movements as possible.

Other exercises were just for foot, will try to find some other link and post under this 🤙😉
