True sorta. But since reality is a shared delusion, its all just made up anyway. Rich becomes a descriptor of above average level of value attainment within space of shared truth. The thing is though, we don't all share the exact same set of delusions. So value is perceived differently in non standard reality. Therefore so is rich.
