Before Nostr, social media had boarders. Twitter looked different within Boarders of certain countries. Information did not disseminate like water osmotically travels through membranes. Information was trapped within these boarders and only broke into or out when there was enough built up pressure (riots, wars, pandemics). We lived in a fractured internet.

No more. #Nostr is part of the truly global internet. It will be the forum of true global signal. Dictators and corrupt governments will not be able to hide their atrocities.
