Seriously though, imagine the authorities in the US doing anything like this?
Imagine they're like "we will no longer allow citizens living overseas to pay taxes, because it could cause them to be targeted" months before the US military launches big escalatory terrorist plans.
They're cowardly enough to let you pay them, unlike Hamas - but they're also cowardly enough to threaten you if you don't pay, so Americans can't win between being an enemy of the world or a so-called "enemy" of the so-called "country" we were born enslaved to.
