This is being discussed next week in Geneva. Among other actions, it proposes all signatories commit a % of GDP to be used to "strengthen multisectoral, coordinated, interoperable and integrated One Health surveillance systems".
'One Health surveillance' is not defined in the draft, but keen an eye on what is proposed. Several sources define it as ongoing, unified, interoperable, systematic collection of health-related data:- vaccine passports in all but name.
