Got talking to my mechanic's wife here in commie eu land.

Their accountant just came back with a shit ton more tax to pay. They can't raise prices and even if they did they'd just be pushed into higher taxes. They're doing some cash on the side but it's not enough. It's a family business with three of their sons. They're highly skilled mechanics with a long-standing reputation but they're completely and utterly broken.

It's not just them. They're seeing similar businesses closing around them. Established and successful but they can't keep up with the tax burden and inflation.

This is what governments are doing to the productive class. Anything smaller than Amazon is ground into the dirt.

Have no doubt, these are drastic times.
