How do you make your hard boiled eggs? I prefer pressure cooker where you slightly crack the egg and then when cook time is done you quick release pressure. It almost blows the egg shell off and even the freshest eggs peel almost one handed.

I was gifted alittle hard boiled egg maker so have been using that but before that just in a pot off water on the stove. That sounds like a hell of a technique you have.

I make then for the kids and if they don't peel easy it's a pain for everyone. Haha. A quick tap on both ends and roll it on the counter and the shells almost fall off.
