And yet, Russia still holds control from the same Kremlin as USSR, many of the same leadership who were in power during USSR are still there (even Putin is ex-KGB), Russia took over all the seats and positions of USSR in international organizations like UN, instead of reapplying like all other ex-Soviet countries, and what's worse Russia continued all the same USSR policies, from economic like state ownership of all major industries and direct control of businesses, to social like state ownership and control of all media and massive government censorship and propaganda, to international policies. Russia, despite not being USSR, still continued to invade, wage war on, and suppress neighboring countries, such as

In Ukraine alone, Russia broke five peace treaties already.

And just recently Russia staged a coup in Niger, same way USSR has been doing for decades before it fell apart.

But clowns think that "USSR is dead" just because it changed its name, and because western media convinced them that "Russia is okay now, it's different, it's not USSR," and ignored or tried to cover up all the wars and rights abuses Russia has done over the last 30 years.
