I like Avenged Sevenfold, its voice and lead guitar are very unique and recognizable, which is rare and important. But when listening to interview promoting their new album "Life Is But a Dream...", I was surprised to hear them talking about things like scaling (yes, not scales and such stuff), Coinbase wallet, Metamask, Polygon... Interesting reading. Basically, it confirms for me the realization that once the hype of getting rich quick on NFT trading fades away, usecases of leveraging this technology that make much more sense will start to emerge. Not that it can't be done differently and without blockchain, but once it's here... Avenged Sevenfold are clearly trying to do it, and although I'll probably never buy such an NFT, I'm sympathetic to their efforts. I keep my fingers crossed and hope they stay on Ethereum 😎
