Then what is the community based on? I'm in Portugal and I don't think there's a community where I live even though it's on the map. Just a lot of recent Bitcoiner immigrants who go to meetups.
That'll be the country-wide Einundzwanzig Portugal community.
We're soon going to be moving away from country-wide communities as they don't really make sense.
We want communities to be as local as possible.
