"Self defense" is short sighted. Maybe, maybe you might be jumped in a dark alley. Odds are you'll get your ass kicked and robbed but maybe get a shot in to dissuade the attack enough.

The real defense is having a group of homies that won't let that happen or will promise so much retribution that... Well, I dunno.

I'm not afraid of a biker. He's just a fat alcoholic with a motorcycle. I'm afraid of all his MC brothers that will gladly go to jail to get revenge.

That is self-defense.

And it is still short sighted.
