That you need to lift heavy, that you need to eat a shit tonne of protein, you need more calories in than going out.

I have barely been doing mainly just pushups recently and eaten 1-2 meals of day with no snacking. Yet I am putting on muscle with zero effort.

I am coming to conclusion it’s more about the quality of food you eat than it is than how much you eat and lifting heavy.

Using body weight will get you gains to a point. To go beyond that, you'll need more weight.

Newb gains come quickly. I’ve been lifting for 5 years, it’s not that easy. I wish it was though.

Well I lifted a lot when I was 16-21. Then I took a break and started again at 25.
