My last crop of hot peppers just came out of the fermenter. Gonna be a crazy mix of hot hell. Blended, sent through the food mill. Will dehydrate the pulp and grind to a fine powder. Will add only a small amount of vinegar since the fermentation made it's own. Thinking of adding maple syrup and a bit of rum to finish the sauce
