Pray the Rosary. I had never really understood it before, but when my wife started listening to it on Hallow, the meditative aspect finally clicked.
Daily Mysteries with Mark Wahlberg at 1.25x speed is well worth the <15 minutes a day.

Hallow lets you set a daily routine, so I currently have the Rosary set for 1 p.m., but sometimes that’s inconvenient, so I miss it. I'm still experimenting with my daily routine.
