I wouldn’t exactly consider #nostr a #bitcoin L3.

It’s not built on #lightning & it doesn’t use the blockchain.

It uses lightning.

Saves nothing on chain.

I don't think anyone thinks nostr is L3 layer, nostr doesn't need Bitcoin or lighting. It's just their values go hand in hand so why not

They have no clue what they're talking about🤣if Bitcoin died today nostr would carry on unharmed. They technically have nothing to do with each other
