The ego is an illusion. There is no self to love nor to be loved, for life is love and love is life. To say I love you presupposes the existence of either of us. What you believe you are experiencing as reality is a perceived need that will die along with your ego when your body dies. I am not what you believe you love. You don't love me at all.

Yes, we do exist as separate units in this reality. I am separate from you to experience the you in me and the me in you, here. The Ego, a healthy one, helps me to discern if you and me are at the same vibration. The purpose of this dual world is to balance the feminine and masculine energy inside self, and thusvcome back to becoming love. If I am love, and life is love, I love you the same way I love all and you love me.

Feelings dont have greater or lesser reality that thoughts.

Whether it manifests as thought or feeling, masculine or feminine,

seen clearly, it is the same Love.

The ego isn't more or less illusory than any other phenomenon.

So you both expressed it very well.

I have experienced kensho.

I have run in the forest and heard ear splitting silence. The volience of nothing behind the sound.

I have looked upon a tree and seen it shimmer and pop from reality.

I looked at a cup once and it's whole nature was revealed in two dimensions (a common phenomenon)

I have seen the angry face of my mother hover in front of the face of the buddha, like a mirage, and I laughed.

I also still get pissed off when my wife doesn't sort out her clothes. So... There we go.

Enlightenment is real. It's hiding in plain sight. Laughing at you.

If theres someone who's "experienced kensho,"

it ain't the final word.
