I’m not advocating for this I believe in privacy rights but I’ve been playing with the idea of fighting to preserve freedoms in anticipation of a post privacy society.

Is anyone talking about that? I’d like to hear an expert talk about it but I don’t even know where to start.

Example: Making it illegal to be imprisoned for a thought or “AI predicted you might commit a crime” making it illegal to act on that prediction.

Are you on nostr? 🤷🏼

Privacy is one of main topics here on nostr. 🤣

You don’t follow almost anyone here, how you want to get information? 😅🤣

This isnt twitter where the algo gives you what you are exploring outside 😅

Be more humble and you may find people who are talking about that subject here.. 😉

“Experts” are on Twitter 🤣🤣🤣

I was talking about a podcast or something. I wasn’t explicitly looking for an expert on nostr.

I was speaking about a “post privacy society.” A conversation about privacy isn’t what I was looking for.

I follow a decent percentage of the active daily users on nostr.

You worry about your following amount and I’ll worry about my own.

Make the discussions you want to see, simple

Dude, chill. She was just asking questions. No biggie.

There are a few privacy podcasts and sub stacks that discuss privacy, regulations, etc..

Can’t for the life of me think of them, currently though. I will.

Chill is my middle name dude 🤣

I only answer what i think

There are plenty of discussions, there are nests, there are many subjects inside and outside nostr about privacy

But more important people are building bulletproof software that people can use to have their privacy granted, and people are wanting privacy conceived by governments and regulations?

Lol

Who? Did you even read what she wrote?

Yes i read, did i miss something?

Yes.

She said privacy tools/info for life in a post privacy allowed regulatory environment. And not allowing pre crime type AI.

So therefore she is looking for ‘experts’ in privacy and that type of situation.

Not advocating for laws against privacy.

So i didnt miss anything, interesting.. 🤣

AI is only as good as the data its trained on. If we can make the data they collect on us wrong or misleading, the models' training will stall.

And the weaker the models, the more easily Social Credit Score can be gamed. This is going to become as important as literacy.

Unless they crash the world economy first...

Interesting.
