Brazilian Supreme Court is threatening to judge that platforms are liable for user content (similar to section 230). Censorship is on course.

Opposite of section 230. Users are not liable in that law

Yes that what I've tried to say. We have a section 230 that platforms are not liable, users are liable.

They just ban you off of it. Here no one owns it.
