If you only listen to #bitcoin news the worst you’ll come across is oh bitcoin was used to pay for crime, or this country tried to ban it or tax it heavily and then a few weeks later reversed course.

Listen to something like bankless and literally it’s all about rug pulls, dirty business deals and hacks and unethical protocol overhauls and chain resets and just pure fucking governance nonsense. I’m not even totally opposed to smart contracts or any of that stuff really but god dang is it obvious which coin is the new globally acknowledged sound money.
