Where and how do you guys buy Bitcoin without an exchange? I'm stuck with Coinbase/Kraken. Then transfer to Ledger from there. The direct ones on Ledger are $$$
One more thing: don't EVER use Bluetooth when performing BTC transactions! That's a no no!
