Problem with eating is usually not the quantity but the quality. And quality has its price.

Few ppl know about the amazing health benefits of fasting. Be it intermittent fasting or fasting for multiple days in a row. Yes, it‘s hard, but you get used to it and from the 3rd day onwards you‘ll feel better. Plus, when you‘re done & start eating again, the food tastes fantastic 😉

Intermittent fast (no breakfast or lunch).

Steak, eggs, etc for dinner. Or just ground beef & eggs.
