well, I value the career I've made in trying to simplify complexity at work but large organizations tend to create more complexity
Probably need some definitions for the words complexity, simplicity, dumb and smart. Probably also need to a bit of a discussion about real world examples of simplicity and complexity. Context probably matters as well with how to test what you are suggesting.
