The TOR side needs to be enabled, that is not built in yet (work in progress)
You need to install ORBOT, enable it as a VPN or just use it for selected apps, of the first, once running, it will connect.
if the second, you will have orbit running the same but it will tunnel via TOR only the selected apps
Until Bluewallet is not connected to the TOR network it won't reach your electrum server, inconvenient, but works.

That is odd, to me it works fine that way... Hopefully you will find what works for you. I just wish they finish with the TOR native implementation, it is quite inconvenient, but either way, I rather prefer Samourai for any transaction from mobile or Sparrow using the Desktop, spending without best in class privacy settings for the transactions is a no no for me.
Blue is fine to me as a backup in case is needed due to a dojo issue, which never have happened , dojo just works
