Maybe they switched affiliate banks? They used to use Cross River Bank or something weird like that I want to say
Signed up recently specifically for this and had to find out from an exchange with support it's not currently available. Hope they change that soon 🤞
Idek when it happened, I just know I went to update my direct deposit split with payroll at my new job and couldn’t find the routing and acct number anywhere, which after some searching, found a Reddit post mentioning that they eliminated it ðŸ˜
