Hello. Does everyone here understand what mining is?

A question like this. If a block is solved in 10 minutes, will it contain transactions that appeared in the mempool at least 10 minutes ago? Or can there be transactions that appeared 5 seconds ago and immediately got into the block? But then the hash changes and it has to be recalculated again in 10 minutes, as required by the algorithm))))).

here's an observation... the block was not solved for about 15 minutes... someone sends a transaction with a higher fee and it gets into the block immediately, doesn't it change the initial hash, which again has to be recalculated for 10 minutes. but it didn't happen and the transaction got into the block instantly. can someone explain what is wrong here. or I misunderstood....

Просто все утверждают, что если делать новую транзакцию то ее хэш меняется))))) но тогда время решения должно сразу измениться минут на 10)). а тут оказывается новая транзакция появляется на 1-2 секунды и еще через 1-2 секунды блок решается. тут непонятно!)))))) тогда зачем эти 10 минут??? какой смысл в них??? или все новые транзакции не участвуют в формировании хэша? тогда это будет совсем новый вопрос к алгоритму)))) вот так)))))
