Knee injuries are the fucking worst 😩
Had such great momentum with my Muay Thai training and this stupid injury fucked it up.
Was actually considering to have my first interclub match in November.
Now I'm not sure if I'll be ready by then, seeing how I've been off for almost 3 weeks, and there's been very little progress in my recovery, the past week...
I don't want to risk getting back in the gym too early and make the injury worse either.
It's just annoying and frustrating. That's all I can say.
