Been busy trying to find a short path to including the plebs in the Indra development process.

It's really tricky because the necessary parts exist for a good demonstration, but that whole implementation needs to be reworked for the longer arc, and we don't want to have breaking changes after that initial demo.

And no code has been written yet that talks to a lightning node. And we can't leave out the reply capability entirely without impacting the lightning integration, especially the privacy.

And what is going to be sufficiently interesting a demonstration to light up enough minds to get this out of the initial phase of development? What things can we leave out, for the sake of the seed capital we need?
