This is of course not a problem of Google, but again - what the f...? What equalization levy? Are the statists everywhere absolutely insane?

If I am an independent developer, should I monitor these "levy"s of all the countries? Recently I got some mail about tax changes of Uganda. Really?

That won't help by itself. The enforcement of this bullshit is then transferred to the payment rails.

Solution for 0.1% of population is already here in the form of PWA and Bitcoin. Now the rest.
