What is the best video to send a normie that will give them the TLDR of Bitcoin technicals + fundamentals.

There was a good 1 hour documentary but i forgot the name, also hoping for something shorter, perhaps 15-20minutes.

Trying to zap some sats but network fee on Muun is ridiculous. I think it's time I switch to WoS for cheaper fees?
That's a good option for a spending wallet. I use Alby in Amethyst, or Alby on Desktop, to zap right now
