Listen to your intuition. Sit quietly, don't use a screen or AI. Whatever the question or option is, ask yourself "what will happen if ...?" and recognize how each option feels like. If you feel resistance, then the answer is no. If you feel excitement, go for it. Also, when it comes to emotions, it's not really rationality that you're looking for. Usually you already have the answer, but you don't want to hear it, and you look for rational reasons to not follow it. Listen. Hear. Trust. Act.

Good thinking for sure, thanks. I'm also wondering because regardless of what I feel I sometimes want to consult others about norms and how to interpret and respond to certain situations. But again, that's like asking others to tell me what I should feel lol. We do this often. Sometimes we just want to be heard and felt only without needing anything else.
