There isn't any inherent "algo" in the nostr protocol so it depends on how nostr clients have implemented their feed. Most clients just sorts the feed after the time the note was created. I believe I saw nostr:npub1g53mukxnjkcmr94fhryzkqutdz2ukq4ks0gvy5af25rgmwsl4ngq43drvk had implemented some sort of "for you" algo in his Iris client today but other than that I don't know of any other clients with such feature yet.
