In italian there's a way to call for people with no shame that I love, as it's very picturesque: "Faccia da culo".

Funnily enough I found out this word "is used in certain dialects, particularly Jamaican Creole, and can mean to interfere or meddle in someone's affairs, akin to being nosy or intrusive". Spot on!
