Day 315 rucking at least a mile a day.
Heavy week. Got hailed on today.
That might be a first for me rucking.

How many lbs?
40 lbs this week.
I found that varying my weight helps keep things fresh.
My "fast weeks" are 30 lbs.
I'll probably bump them both up eventually, but I really like how GoRuck frames it: a mile should take you 15-20 minutes. If you're close to 15, consider adding some; if you're close to 20, consider decreasing weight.
Though more than 1/3 of your body weight probably not recommended.
FWIW, feel free to scoff at calling 40lbs heavy. 😂
I've started back rucking at 20 lbs before leveling up to 30 and 40.
I've had some foot issues I'm still occasionally nursing.
For the moment I'm not pushing past 40 to avoid exacerbating the foot.
All great start weights. I call it a fat grandpa simulator 🤝
