If the choices are between Nosara and Uvita, I'd be all for having nostrica 2023 in Uvita, Costa Rica. That's where #[0] is at. #[1] and Bitcoin Jungle have been very active on nostr, providing services, and developing for the community. It fits. Plus, it looks like Nosara may be mostly booked up, is more expensive, and does not have a Bitcoin economy.
