Oh, yeah. Meatballs are awesome in general if you like cooking. Very versatile. I'm already thinking about a lamb meatball recipe for next week... thanks for the inspiration 😎
The way I enjoy lamb the most though, is as I made it this time. Well roasted in the oven, so the skin and fat are crispy.
Can't see the crisp in this pic because it was in the fridge with the fennel and all the juice for three days. But it was still perfect.
