They (Sachs in that video, Saylor in his framework doc) are talking about massively pumping stablecoins, from $25B to $10T per Saylor. Getting the banks to custody and lend against it. Tokenising everything. Basically blowing up a bubble beyond anyone’s wildest dreams.
