I'm having a similar issue. I woke early with a cough. I've been trying to come down with something and had the back of the throat tickles and a bit of a cough, but haven't felt too bad so far. Using the neti pot and taking silver, elderberry, echinacea, Vitamins C & D, and zinc. Hopefully I can avoid fully getting sick. I just got back from vacation for a week and I have so much to get done to get caught back up.
