There is only one rule. Don't crash into anybody. and maybe size matters.
Size matters, is rule number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,24 and then come the rest.
I experienced it for many months while exploring Vietnam on a motorbike in 2006. The working title could be something like "Anything goes, until it doesn't"...😁
