That’s bc the user receiving wallet doesn’t accept more than 1M balance n if they have balance of over 0 sats n you send 1M then you get that error, I suggest you all to switch wallets to breez or strike or something that allows over 1M balance

With Phoenix, for example, you can create invoices that remain active for a week. Depending on the size, splicing will be done to enlarge the channel. This means that a fee-based onchain transaction takes place. Here the fees must be set accordingly in the Phoenix settings.
