1. I had put the claim with a (?) as I was not sure but I left it there as it doesn't substantially change the picture if it's a different board unless the board used was designed to avoid all emissions which I have not seen any claims about. It's certainly not shielded.

2. The paragraph goes on to disclose what I have to say about the software. I have not audited it (as auditing such a software is a humongous task) but I have checked it to match the published code. I vouch for their transparency but can't vouch for every line of code.
