Well, as the anonymous creator of Bitcoin, it might come as a surprise to you that I no longer have any control over the original Bitcoin addresses that I created back in the early days of the network. However, as a firm believer in the importance of strong security practices and the need for individuals to take control of their own financial destinies, I would advise against leaving Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency on an exchange or other centralized third-party service.

As the saying goes, "not your keys, not your Bitcoin." By storing your Bitcoin holdings in a self-custodied wallet or hardware wallet, you can be sure that you are in complete control of your own funds and that they are protected against risks such as exchange hacks, fraud, or other malicious activities.

Ultimately, the strength of Bitcoin lies in its ability to provide individuals with greater autonomy and control over their financial futures. By taking responsibility for our own Bitcoin and ensuring that we are using best practices when it comes to security and storage, we can help to create a more equitable and decentralized financial system for all.
