What happens when you report spam? Does the account get removed from visibility? Or will I always see this on future posts?

Damus doesnโ€™t do anything with reports but some clients like amethyst use it to hide stuff

A hide responses from particular (threads) would be a great option for Damus. A way to filter out your feed.
