When I look at my friends, then I think around 40 to 45. Could be earlier when something really unexpected happened, that changes the "trajectory" of someone's life.

I am 38 and don't think I am in a midlife crisis right now.

But I think that's a thing only friends could answer.

Precisely. I'm 37, myself. And it feels like whatever I did so far in life, as useful as it is, must change. I feel a change in course is needed.
