The UK have this incredibly draconian concept of a "non crime hate related incident".

It's essentially where police keep a log of ANY allegation that a person is being hateful (which isn't defined btw), even though that person has broken NO LAW.

That log is then used for the types of harrasment that the gentleman with impaired hearing is being subject to.

It's the behaviour of a secret police essentially, as they are under no obligation to inform you of the allegations being made against you, and so you've no way of defending yourself.
