Can I keep cows, sheep and guard dogs in the same paddock on the same wire? Only time will tell
We don't run dogs, but we do run sheep and cows together on a single wire.

I use the same step in posts and put the wire on the third slot from the top. Lambs go under when they're smaller, but respect it more as they get older.
Our sheep will go under that third slot but I'll try that if the fourth doesn't work
