5am gym lifts hit so hard, nearly 10 years in on this routine and I don’t think I’ll ever stop

Respect. Best I can do is 8am.

Actually going is all that matters regardless of time, so respect to you as well. The flip side for me is I have to be asleep by 9-9:30pm

it's easy to do 5am if you go to bed before 9am. also, my tip on this is get used to having breakfast by 6am and that pushes your clock into the cycle really fast

I'm not having breakfast and I can't keep up 9pm during the weekends.

And honestly, I have no incentive either.

yeah, i oscillate between going to bed at 11 and 9 most of the time. depends on how rough the day was, if it was a rough day, i inevitably end up awake again at 5am, but most mornings i'm up before 7 anyhow

first hour i can get a coffee usually is 7am so i'm up for it lol

i bought me a jar of instant today tho. might not do the walk up the hill for a while at 7am
