I turned on the TV and there is some show called Tiny House Nation. Young couples buying a 600 sq ft place for $85k.

People can't afford houses anymore. Now they are buying overpriced walk in closets.

And the fact that they buy them means the price can go higher. There's no end - you will get in ze pod, you will eat ze bugs, and you will be happy because you got a good deal.
