We know that 'industries' were in denial of incoming changes brought up by the internet and its capabilities.
sweet post! I still listen to mixed tapes and burned cds... they're full of music you can't find online... back in the day it was fun to make a mixed tape and give it to friends... I've always appreciated the gifting of music... it was a great way to turn your buddies on to cool new tunes... and back then it was a great way to increased the size of a new band's audience.
