The Park Bench
I was sitting in the park yesterday, the same bench where I used to scroll Instagram and feel empty.
This time I opened #Nostr nostr:nprofile1qqs9xtvrphl7p8qnua0gk9zusft33lqjkqqr7cwkr6g8wusu0lle8jcpzfmhxue69uhk7enxvd5xz6tw9ec82cspzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujucm4wfex2mn59en8j6gxv7f7e
The first note said
"Stay humble, stack sats."
The second, someone posted a QR code and wrote "Built my own lightning node today."
That’s when it hit me: this isn’t social media, it’s a movement.
I sent a zap. Instantly got one back.
We both smiled behind our screens complete strangers, yet completely connected.
